Who owns my data?
You do. Your data belongs to your tenant; export it any time and take all of it with you if you leave.
How do I export my data?
Every list exports as a table, and accounting and tax data export in standard formats. Export is not a paid lock.
What happens when regulations change?
Tax rates, e-document rules and filing formats are the product’s responsibility; updates ship with release notes.
Can I turn the AI off?
Yes. AI features can be disabled per tenant, and the rest of the product works exactly the same.
Why is payroll not included?
Payroll regulation is its own specialty. HR and payroll are on the roadmap; until then we integrate at the journal entry level.
How long does migration take?
It depends on data quality. The dry run and reconciliation report show the differences first; we commit to a date after that report.
How does support work?
Email or priority support depending on the plan, with a written SLA on Enterprise. During onboarding we go through your first period close with you.
What if your company goes away?
Enterprise contracts include source code escrow and a data export commitment.
How does the free trial work?
The ES ERP trial lasts 1 month. You fill in the application form, our team opens your account and sends the sign-in details. All modules are enabled during the trial; at the end you can export your data or move to a plan.
